"The CERS/SVD software is being developed by a large IT company with teams in several European countries; in addition, it is using a UK-based subcontractor with experience of ship registration.  It is critical, therefore, that we keep communications clean and clear between everyone involved. We knew the testing strategy we needed to adopt must involve partners who are capable of doing much more than following a testing schedule. The testing organisation's skill must incorporate the ability to anticipate and root out problems, and to communicate effectively between all parties.  It must be able to forecast and highlight specific potential risks, to ensure they can be effectively managed and the impact minimised, should such an issue arise during the life of the project.

Not only is TestIT good at anticipating issues in the software itself, the engineers also stand back and question what we are developing and why, and how it all fits in with our business needs.
